Le principe retenu est celui bien connu du pantographe qui permet de d\u00e9multiplier les force. La ma\u00eetrise des mouvements reste quant \u00e0 elle enti\u00e8rement manuelle.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-2322\" src=\"http:\/\/gap47.astrosurf.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/image026.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"351\" srcset=\"https:\/\/gap47.astrosurf.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/image026.jpg 667w, https:\/\/gap47.astrosurf.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/image026-300x132.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 767px) 89vw, (max-width: 1000px) 54vw, (max-width: 1071px) 543px, 580px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 20px;\">Les bras articul\u00e9s du pantographe sont reli\u00e9s par des articulations. L&rsquo;extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;un d&rsquo;eux est constitu\u00e9e d&rsquo;un pivot fixe (3) . Au bout de l&rsquo;autre extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 on trouve une poign\u00e9e de man\u0153uvre (1) qui permet d&rsquo;actionner le bras qui s&rsquo;appuie sur un plateau (2)\u201a par l&rsquo;interm\u00e9diaire d&rsquo;une roulette. Un doigt permet d&rsquo;entra\u00eener le polissoir. Ce syst\u00e8me ne permet pas de travailler miroir dessus. Le plateau tournant est m\u00fb par un moteur 220 V alternatif r\u00e9cup\u00e9r\u00e9 sur une ancienne caisse de supermarch\u00e9. Sa vitesse de rotation est de 10 tours \/ minute et n&rsquo;est pas modulable. Elle est de type Hindle d\u00e9port\u00e9e \u00e0 double excentrique. Elle sera utilis\u00e9e pour le polissage du 400 et pour mener le plus loin possible sa mise en forme parabolique. Les principes qui ont guid\u00e9 sa conception sont les suivants&nbsp;: <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"Style15\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 20px;\">\u2022 Deux excentriques d&rsquo;amplitude r\u00e9glable afin de disposer d&rsquo;une grande vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de courses .<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"Style15\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 20px;\">\u2022&nbsp; Moteurs \u00e0 courant continu pour limiter les risques \u00e9lectriques en milieu humide. De plus ces moteurs ont un couple variable et contribuent ainsi au d\u00e9phasage des mouvements lors des adh\u00e9rences. Enfin la variation de leur tension d&rsquo;alimentation permet de moduler facilement leur vitesse de rotation.
